What I have been eating

Starting yesterday what I ate was this: For breakfast I had organic cucumber, kale and lemon juice. For lunch I ate a spicy guacamole tomato and spinach sandwich. Don't laugh it is tasty! I had a pepperoni hot pocket ( my 12 hour day at work had to run home and had such a small amount of time)which I am not proud of. I will be tracking what I eat even if it is bad food. I want to keep this blog real and to show it is not easy. Also to look at other options that I could have done. I could have had a cliff bar to hold me over until i got back to work where I had a salad. But I was just so hungry now lol. So anyways after I got back to work, colored a few peoples hair, I then had time to enjoy my salad! My favorite lettuce is called Living lettuce It is hydroponically grown. I love it because it taste amazing and it is still alive. It is grown in water and harvested and packaged with the roots attached for the freshest lettuce possible. So in my salad I also had cucumbers, tomato, sunflower seeds and some spinach.
For a snack I had a mix of healthy nuts which had almonds, cashews, sunflowers seeds and raisins. It was delicious!
I feels really good to me when I eat like this. I can actually feel a happiness in my heart a warm fuzzy feeling. Don't laugh lol it is true. Thats how I know I am doing the right thing. Just gotta stay on board and dont fall off. I can tell you right now I do not get a warm fuzzy feeling after eating processed food.
